Rental Conditionsin our Car-Rental Company

Documents to be required:

• identity card or passport
• driving licence cat.“B“, valid for minimum of 2 years
• credit card or payment card

Driver´s age:

• minimum driver´s age is 21
• maximum driver´s age is 75

Payment conditions:

• we accept the payment by credit / payment card
• informations about cash payment and payment by bank transfer reservation centre
• it is possible to get the invoice to each one rental (also by card´s payment)- informations reservation centre

Deposit:

• for each rental we block by the payment/credit card the deposit, amount of the deposit depends on car type and length of the rental (minimum 400 €)
• the deposit will be released in the end of rental, after return the undamaged car
• for the other method of payment for the deposit (bank transfer) contact reservation centre

Rental prices, charging:

• minimum rental is for 1 day = 24 hours from time of pick-up the car
• in case of exceeded this time for more than 90 minutes, another full daily rate will be charged
• informations about the weekend rates, more-days and monthly rentals reservation centre

Rental price includes:

• free kilometres
• car accident insurance for Slovakia and EU and third part liability insurance
• maintenace and oil change
• actuall season tyres
• high-way toll for Slovakia
• option for additional drivers (upon points 1 and 2)
• operative help in case of technical problem or accident
• necessary services to adjustment of claim

Accidental insurance and liability:

• our cars are insured for case of accident and theft (except of the luggage) for the EU countries
• our cars are insured for third-part liability insurance
• liability for each accident, car damage is 10% from amount of total damage, at minimum 165 €
• in case of accident caused by another known car (the police report with car details must be presented)the liability will be applicable from third-part liability insurance of responsible car
• It is very important, in case of accident, to contact the police, get the details of all the participant persons and contact us

Technical problems or accident:

• in case of any technical problems or accident contact us immediately by phone: 00421-903-41 41 41  (available 24hours )
• in case of accident is necessary also contact the police and write the details of all the participants

VAT - TAX

• we are payer of Tax (20%)
• back payment of Tax is not possible

Forreign drive:

• entry to EU countries is allowed
• entry to Albania, Serbia, Black Mountain, Ukraine, former USSR countries is not allowed
• all the high-way fees and road taxes out of Slovakia is fully payed by the renter (customer)

CLEANING OF THE CAR

• cars are given to rental cleaned and washed
• all the cars are no- smoking
• in case of return excessively dirty or smelly of cigaretes, we charge penalty of 50 EUR

Delivery to the airport:

• we can delivery your car (or collect) to the airports in Vienna, Budapest, Prague – for informations contact reservation centre
